Police are searching for a man they say carjacked a woman and her child in NW Miami-Dade.
According to Miami-Dade Police, the man got inside the car before he eventually dropped off the pair near Northwest 171st St and 38th Ave. Officers say at some point after the abduction the driver attempted to sexually assault the mother. The child was reportedly unharmed.
Police found the car abandoned, but the suspect is still at large.
