Police are warning the community to beware of criminals who appear to be targeting women shopping alone.
Four robberies reported this week at several Publix stores in Plantation. According to police, the robberies have taken place in shopping center parking lots in the past week and are believed to have been committed by the same group. Police say all of the cases involve the same car, a black Nissian Altima with dark tinted windows and they say two black women and a black man appear to be the suspects.
