Congress Faces Choices of Budget Agreement or Government Shutdown

The budget battle begins as Congress returns Monday.  They have just five days left to keep the government from shutting down.

Sean Foreman, Political Science Professor at Barry University says there's one thing we'll need to watch this week.

"How active will President Trump be in tweeting or giving interviews or throwing his opinions out there because so far his actions have been counter productive to getting things done with Congress," said Foreman.

Foreman says this budget's a big deal because President Trump is demanding more than a billion dollars for the border wall, 18 billion dollars of cuts to controversial domestic project and cuts to sanctuary cities.
