Miami-Dade police say they have one person in custody following a shooting.
The shooting took place at the main library located at 101 W Flagler Street around 10:40 a.m. Wednesday.
Police said the shooter was taken into custody and appears to be wounded.
Authorities have conducted a search of the building. The library has been deemed safe by officers.
No other information was immediately available.
