Those Costco membership fee increases you've been hearing about for months? Well, they take effect Thursday.
A basic Costco Wholesale membership now costs $60 each year. The going rate for a basic membership has been held at $55 for the past five years.
The executive membership is also going up June 1st, from $110 to $120 each year.
The wholesale grocery and home goods outlet, which is based out of Washington, reportedly now has 35 million members in North America. There are 10 locations between Royal Palm Beach and Miami (Kendall area).
