Lottery players having big dreams of a Powerball win this weekend, as the jackpot soars to $435 million.
The lump sum payout? Just around $273 million.
The jackpot is up from $380.6 million from Wednesday's drawing. Powerball is a lottery game played every Wednesday and Saturday in 44 states across the U.S., Washington D.C., the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico.
The ping pong balls come out of the hopper on Saturday night.
