Citrus County Sheriff's officers say a police dog tracked a missing woman with dementia by following a scent kit that she had made two years ago.
K9 Ally and her handler, Deputy Justin Williams, successfully tracked a woman who had went missing from her Sugarmill Woods home for about two hours on Tuesday night.
Deputy Williams and K9 Ally used a kit that included the woman's scent and found her in less than five minutes.
The woman was returned home safely and Ally was rewarded with some tasty ice cream.
