Burritos and do-gooding? This is a match made in pico de heaven.
Today, Chipotle is teaming up with The SMART Ride for a 'cause an effect.'
Simply print and bring the flyer, above, to any Chipotle in Miami-Dade, Broward or Palm Beach Counties, and 50 percent of your total bill will be donated to SMART Ride. You can also show the flyer on your phone at the register.
The SMART Ride is a two-day, 165-mile bike ride from Miami to Key West. The journey will take place this year on November 17 and 18, with 100 percent of the funds raised being donated to HIV/AIDS service organization across Florida.
In the first 13 years, the Ride has raised more than $8.5 million dollars.
Benefiting agencies in South Florida include:
- Broward House and Children’s Diagnostic & Treatment Center in Broward County
- Pridelines in Miami/Dade County
- the Compass Community Center in Palm Beach County
