One person is dead following a Wednesday night shooting at a Bank of America ATM location in North Miami Beach, police said.
North Miami Beach police are investigating the incident, which took place near Northeast 12th Avenue and Northeast 163rd Street around around 8:45 p.m.
The victim has been identified as as 26-year-old Dillon Bud Calvin Steve. He was taking money out of the ATM when he was approached by the suspect, who tried to rob him.

The suspect fled the scene after the shooting and remains at large.
