An airport intruder is charged with battery. This after spitting on a Pembroke Pines police officer while claiming to be HIV positive.Personel at North Perry Airport saw an unidentified man walking on the tarmac. They tried talking him into getting off voluntarily. When he wouldn't, they called the cops.Officers say he appeared to be disoriented, but when they cuffed him, he said he had HIV and spat directly on a cop.
