Over 145 employees at Disney could be heading home for the holidays unemployed.
Disney Parks and Resorts has announced that it is making cuts to a number of departments at 12 theme parks and 52 resorts worldwide.
A company spokesperson says they are working to help the former employees find work either internally or outside the company.
“Disney has learned a lot about what resources we need to support the future priorities. With that in mind, Walt Disney Parks and Resorts segment is restructuring several back-of-house operations to align with future needs,” the spokesperson said.
A spokesperson said guests will not experience any changes.
