Don Creley with the Florida Lottery's Tampa office says the mysterious winner will have to claim the $450 million jackpot in person in Tallahassee. At that point, their name will be public record.
The winner has 60 days to accept the lump-sum payment of $281 million, but longer if they're willing to accept payments over time.
