They may not have even made it to the college football playoffs, but some Florida lawmakers are still working on a bill to create a specialty license plate saying the University of Central Florida Knights are the 2017 college football national champions.
The license tag would add '2017 National Champions' across the bottom of UCF's specialty license plates.
The bill would also create a specialty tag for Auburn University, making it the first out-of-state college to have a plate in Florida.
