Gas Prices Are On A Downward Spiral Throughout South Florida

Gas prices continue on a downward spiral throughout South Florida to begin the workweek.

In the past week, prices have dropped nearly four cents, with the average price of a gallon of regular sitting at $2.55. That’s a bigger drop than the one cent dip nationwide in the last seven days. The national average sits at $2.51.

South Florida is paying 10 cents less per gallon than they were one month ago, however the average is over 13 cents higher than this point last year.

In Miami, the cheapest gas is at the 7-Eleven station located at NW 95th Street and 7th Avenue ($2.39 per gallon). 

In Broward, the cheapest gas is at the Rocket Fuel station on North 66th Avenue and Stirling Road ($2.19 per gallon).
