FSU Quarterback Faces Marijuana Possession Charges

The quarterback at Florida State University, Deondre Francois, is facing a misdemeanor marijuana possession charge.

Francois, a sophomore, served as the Seminoles' starting quarterback heading into last season, but suffered a season-ending knee injury in the first game of the year.

An FSU spokesperson says the school is aware of the situation and is handling it internally.

The Seminoles play their spring game Saturday night.

Francois is not expected to play as he continues to rehab from the injury.
