Here's A Reason To Hit The Snooze Button On The Weekends

Now you have a reason to hit the snooze button on Saturday and Sunday: Sleeping in on the weekends could help you live longer.  

A new study has found that people under the age of 65 who get less than five hours of sleep on the weekend had a greater risk of early death.  

Swedish and U.S. researchers found that those who get less than five hours of sleep during the week but who sleep in on the weekends, however, had no greater mortality risk.  

The authors say their findings suggest that if you don't get much sleep during the week, you can make up for it during the weekend.
