State Of Emergency Is Declared Ahead Of Alberto

Governor Rick Scott declares a state of emergency for all 67 counties of the state of Florida in advance of the arrival of Subtropical Storm Alberto. The Governor at a briefing at the state emergency operations center in Tallahassee tells residents to take this storm seriously.The state's emergency management director says that the entire state will feel the effects no matter what path the storm takes.That can mean localized flooding, tornados, and rising rivers.
