A woman arrested for elderly exploitation, after allegedly running and unlicensed assisted living facility. The facility being run out of a small house in Hialeah. Police say they found elderly residents who had soiled themselves, and a refrigerator chained and locked. They say they were answering a suicide call. Her attorney says that they had no probable cause to go into the house. Martha Rodriguez faces 24 counts of exploiting the elderly and disabled. She's accused of only feeding the residents once a day, and giving them unknown medication that made them tired. For more, click here.
