Florida Power & Light customers will see slightly lower bills this summer thanks to the federal tax cuts approved last year.
Tuesday, the Florida Public Service Commission approved FPL's request to pass on tax savings to customers. The average residential customer who uses one-thousand kilowatt hours of electricity a month will save about 59 cents in July.
