Miami Beach cops and the state attorney's office are one step closer to dismantling the Ocean Drive drug pipeline.
This morning SWAT, Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms and the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office swarmed two Alton Road apartments of an accused dealer.
They seized about three pounds of marijuana, a gun, bullets and cash.
The suspect, who is considered a "significant supplier of marijuana to the Ocean Drive area" and is also believed to sell cocaine and other drugs, was wanted in Indiana for methamphetamine trafficking.
A second person was arrested.
