The suspect in the Trump National resort shooting formally charged. Friday prosecutors charged Jonathan Oddi, with attempted murder of law enforcement officers, armed burglary and armed grand theft. The 42-year-old ex-porn actor did not appear in court for Friday's hearing.
Oddi is accused of getting into a gun battle with officers in May after draping a flag over a counter at the Doral resort and yelling about President Trump, former President Barack Obama and rap star P. Diddy. He's being held without bond.
His trial date is set for September 17th.
