Cumono: FL, TX Received Support, But Puerto Rico Didn't

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo is blasting President Trump and the lack of action taken to help with the recovery of Puerto Rico.

Cuomo accused President Trump of abandoning Puerto Rico, and says the federal response to the devastation wrought by Hurricanes Maria and Irma was inadequate.

The governor says while Florida and Texas received a proper level of support following the storms' impact, Puerto Rico did not, which he also called disgraceful.

Cuomo says 500 college students from CUNY and SUNY are helping in the island's rebuild, and that efforts are being made to send even more to the island.

He also talked about assisting Puerto Rican farmers, while encouraging New Yorkers to visit the island as tourists.
