There has been another delay for developers trying to build the largest mall in the country right here in Miami.
The South Florida Regional Planning Council has voted to recommend the delay of the American Dream Mall over concerns of traffic issues.
The group is worried about the massive strain expected to hit the area roadways and fear the roadway changes won't be completed by the launch date of Black Friday 2023.
The council plans to hold another meeting to give the developers a chance to defend their proposals.
