Two In Custody After Overnight Officer-Involved Shooting In Florida

Two people are in custody but no one is injured after an overnight officer-involved shooting in Jacksonville.

Jacksonville Sheriff's officers say a man was spotted driving without headlights in the Brentwood neighborhood and refused to stop after police turned on their sirens.

The vehicle eventually stopped at an apartment complex, where the driver and a passenger got out and attempted to flee.

Police fired at the driver when he touched his waistband, thinking he was reaching for a gun, but he was not hit.
