Police say they have found human remains in a waterlogged car in Deerfield Beach.
The discovery was made Sunday afternoon.
According to police, they received a call that a car was in the lake at 1500 South Powerline Road. When officials arrived on scene, they found that the car contained human remains.8
Detectives are now working to determine the gender and identity of the body.
