Officials: No Permit Was Issued For Jacksonville Tournament To Take Place

It turns out the Jacksonville video game tournament where a deadly mass shooting occurred last Sunday should never have taken place.

Fire officials say Chicago Pizza did not have the proper permit to hold the event.

Last night, a vigil was held at the Jacksonville Landing mall to mourn the two victims killed.

Meanwhile, security had to clear the chambers at a meeting of the Jacksonville City Council, after residents became upset that they would not be allowed to speak at length regarding violence in the city.
