An Amber Alert has been issued for a Milwaukee toddler who may be heading to Florida with a man considered armed and dangerous.
Two-year-old Noelani Robinson was not returned to her mother yesterday afternoon, like planned.
It's believed she may be with 33-year-old Dariaz Higgins, who also goes by the names of Dariaz Taylor and Dariaz Lewis.
He supposedly has ties to the Sunshine State, and it was initially reported that he was last seen driving a newer model black Cadillac with FLORIDA license plate HVCZ95.
