Friends of the Fogel family are left in shock after hearing the doctor and his daughter were both found dead at a casino in Hollywood, Florida.
Andrew Fogel, 56, and Rebecca Fogel, 22, both of Palm Beach County, were found on the afternoon of March 26.
Seminole Police say Andrew Fogel parked his vehicle on the eighth floor of the Winner’s Way garage just minutes before the bodies were found.
Joel Weissman, a lawyer who represented the Fogels says Andrew was a legal guardian to Rebecca, who had cerebral palsy and relied on a wheelchair to get around.
Andrew Fogel was a staff radiologist at the Lower Keys Medical Center in Key West from December 2014 and practiced medicine in Florida and Michigan.
Investigators are not saying how the father and daughter died but did mention that their preliminary findings point to a murder suicide.
