Protesters Cripple Hong Kong's Airport

All remaining departure flights are being cancelled out of Hong Kong International after thousands of anti-government protesters flooded the terminals.

This message went out after airport security was overwhelmed: "Airport operations at Hong Kong International Airport have been seriously disrupted as a result of the public assembly at the airport today."

The protests started in early June when hundreds of thousands of mostly young protesters marched against the government's proposal to change an extradition law that would allow individuals to be sent to mainland China for trial.
