A Houston, Texas man is paying a serious price for getting a jump on lobster mini-season.
Yuliver Rodriguez-Tejeda was arrested after a Monroe County Sheriff's Office deputy says he spotted the 43-year-old snorkeler dumping lobster tails in the water off Islamorada.
He's charged with dozens of counts including possession of out-of-season lobsters, possession of undersized lobster and tampering with evidence.
