Broward Schools Superintendant Pleads Not Guilty & Wants Case Dismissed

Broward Schools Superintendent Robert Runcie has entered a written plea of not guilty to his perjury charge a day after he agreed to resign.

The school board is set to hold a special meeting tomorrow where they'll vote on whether they'll give the board chair the power to negotiate a separation agreement with Runcie.

His attorney has also filed a motion to dismiss the case, among other things saying, "the Information is so vague, indefinite, and uncertain as to embarrass and hinder the Defendant in preparation of Defendant's defense."
